Triangle and Robert #679 The Vegetable Sentry was awakened from his slumber when he was needed. Orpuddex, by all accounts, is becoming more powerful than ever by drawing from the Tetrean pudding pumps. All four Sentries will be needed, and so all are being awakened. / When Linda Concarne touched the Starbone for the first time, she dimly remembered her past; since then he has been at least partially on your side, though she knows not why. / The logic is inescapable. Somehow, Linda Concarne was once a Meat Sentry. How she became what she became... I don't know. Hopefully the ham energies will heal her fully now that all four are assembled. / How do you know all this? / I reread the strip archive.

Triangle and Robert #680 As you have suspected, the inverted capital G you keep as a pet was not always a letter. Once, it was a Sentry, either Grain or Dairy. I believe it to have been the Dairy Sentry, for the Pyramid seems to me aligned with Grain. / As you know, the various segments of the Food Pyramid symbolize food groups. The largest, at his base, consists of the complex carbohydrates. He must be the Grain Sentry. How he forgot this... I do not understand. / We should still get out of here. Benevolent or not, that's a lot of energy. / Yes... you may be right. The air has far more calories in it than I had earlier sensed.

Triangle and Robert #681 The whole point of the Food Pyramid's teachings was that there aren't necessarily four food groups... and he's one of the four Sentries? / Clearly, he was mistaken. / No. He was correct... there don't have to be four Sentries. I found this in Tetris. / A videotape? / A very, very old videotape. I suspect that the format was used by the Fourth Race. It is a documentary, and while I do not understand the language of the narration, the images tell many things. One of these many revelations is that, at the time of the height of Tetris's glory, polygons were unable to digest dairy products. How this changed I do not know, but the point is this:

There were three Sentries. / That would probably blow my mind, if I weren't busy getting out of range of an impending culinary-magical discharge. / Think about it later then. / ... The Oval, which had entered low orbitafter the RDCLBA unsuccessfully attempted to destroy it, momentarily lost power. Its backup guidance systems malfunctioned and it plummeted uncontrollably.

All four Sentries are in play. / I could not have come to Tetris at a more opportune time. / The pudding at the world's core strengthened me before, but only briefly. I was unable to defeat even a single sentry. This time, I have not absorbed directly. Using the machinery of Tetris, I have infused myself with far more puddic force than raw earth-pudding could grant me.
