<br>
Sometime soon.<br \>
The world will be filled with robots. And they'll be better than us at everything.<br \>
They'll be like supermen. We won't be able to compete.<br \>
They'll run the banks. They'll run the government.<br \>
Hell, maybe they'll even create the newest pop hits.<br \>
But they'll never be able to just sit back and enjoy a day in the park. It takes the ingenious complexity of the human mind to slack like that.

<br>
I'll admit it, I'm just a yokel from the country. I didn't know what city life was like.<br \>
So when I met a beautiful woman at the coffeehouse.<br \>
It never occurred to me that she might not be an actual woman.<br \>
Until we were already naked.<br \>
The worst part is that some photos were taken. Photos which ended up on the internet.<br \>
Now even my cat won't look me in the eye anymore.

Jo-Jo decided to help.<br \>

<br>
I used to beat my girlfriend, and the authorities didn't care.<br \>
I used to run an illegal cockfighting ring from the back ofmy employers retail establishment, and the authorities didn't care.<br \>
I used to loiter directly under 'no loitering' signs, and the authorities didn't care.<br \>
I once even recorded a smugly pretentious dark ambient concept album, and the authorities didn't care.<br \>
But I leave my backpack on a subway platform with a couple of wires hanging out...<br \>
and that get's me thrown into Guantanamo Bay.

There was this one time, over Germany, I was deep into enemy territory.<br \>
I was dreaming about my hot date with that USO girl, but then a whole squadron of Gerries came out of the clouds...<br \>
I pulled an amazing 360 loop, took some flak on my left wing, but I sent those Kraut bastards down in a cloud of black smoke! Of course, now I was leaking fuel, so in order to make it back to base I had to...<br \>
Damn. What was the use. No one cared about Chester's old war stories anymore.<br \>
The kids these days weren't even paying attention when he'd pontificate about life as a fighter pilot.<br \>
And let's face it, those stories weren't bringing in the caliber of tail that they did back when he was still in uniform.

The locust swarm is one of of the signs of the Apocalypse.<br \>
It's one of the grossest ones if you ask me.<br \>
At least I don't think it's raining frogs yet.<br \>
Nope, not a cloud in the sky.<br \>
And I know that I totally pissed off God with my actions, and I know I'm supposed to be repentant and all, but dammit, I'd do it again.<br \>
Because that guy was super-hot!

Mabel the psychic had a vision that aliens would come that night to heal the mentally ill!<br \>
She convinced all her friends at the asylum to stay up with her in the graveyard to await the mothership.<br \>
They prayed and believed until dawn, but no ship came.<br \>
No one cured Katie of her pathologically bad fashion sense.<br \>
No one cured Marvin back of his crippling fear of kayaks.<br \>
And no one dispelled Bonnie and Matilda's belief that they were siamese twins.

They're like top of the food chain as far as I'm concerned.<br \>
their music starts out all slow but then Bam! It totally bites you in the ass!<br \>
They get a level of power out of their instruments that would blow the average band off the stage.<br \>
Sure, they don't look like much.<br \>
But don't let that fool you, those guys totally rock out!

<br>
First, the ceremony got off 2 hours late.<br \>
And when the bride showed up, she was wearing a bridal outfit that could at best be described as untraditional.<br \>
Which made the mother of the groom cry.<br \>
But the biggest disaster of the night was the DJ<br \>
He was supposed to play a light mix of classic 80s.<br \>
But instead, he played mostly 90s hip-hop. All those hours I spent learning the moonwalk were for naught.<br \>
And when I tried to get jiggy, I just ended up looking like a fool and hurting my back. I had no chance of hooking up with that cute bridesmaid after that.

Her eldest daughter Jane had been run over while riding her bike.<br \>

What nobody realized was that Jane wasn't dead, she was just in a coma<br \>

She banged and banged on the lid for hours, but no one heard her.<br \>
Thankfully, the mortician had made a death mask, so people had someething to remember her by. She will be missed.
